An early start with a coffee, followed by a morning run and then go out for breakfast (with more coffee).
A nice walk, gym session and a simple easy lunch. An afternoon nap, out for an early dinner and in bed by 9pm, perfect.
Phodi is a fitness coach in the whelps of function fitness, training everyday in and out of the gym.
A stand out career highlight is that Phodi ran 5 marathons in 5 days, ending up breaking his shins half way through but continuing on to complete the challenge.
